55 Gallon Question

I have a 55Gallon, If i had no live rock, what agressive fish could i keep???

dwarf lion. What would you use for filtration? Are agresive fish messy eaters or is that just some of them.

They are not many aggressive fish that will do well in a 55 gallon tank. You are limited to basslets, dwarf lions and toby puffers for the most part.
I would say live rock is a must in any tank though. Not having adequate live rock is just taking the easy way out, in my opinion.

I would have to agree, if you want to take on the responsibility of a saltwater tank you will have to shell out the dough for live rock. One way to cut down on the cost a bit though would be to use a mixture of live rock and base rock.
I would come back w/questions about stocking your tank after you've gotten the LR and it has had time to cure.

We have a dwarf lion, a blue ribbon eel and a CB angel. . .yes, she is majorly aggressive and will STAY in the predetor tank
