If you gonna be upgrading to a 75 i would do this 80# of Live Sand 100# of live rock.
Your Powder Blue Tang gets way to big for a 75g tank, let alone a 55g tank. Coral Beauties are not necessarily reef safe, so that would be at your own risk with your corals you have.... Honestly sounds like you really need to do more research.. Only tang I would even consider for a 55/75 is a Tomini. here is the info on a Powder Blue

[1] Ocellaris Clownfish Why not do a pair???
[1] Powder Blue Tang Not in either tank
[1] Coral Beauty Angelfish may eat your corals
[1] Red Firefish good choice
I am not a fan of chromis or damsels. Damsels can be very aggressive

[1] Purple Condy Anemone Needs very established tank and good light
[1] Hawaiian Feather Duster
[1] Scarlet Cleaner Shrimp
[1] Atlantic Lettuce Nudibranch poor survival rates
[1] Blue Leg Reef Hermit Crab
[1] Red Leg Reef Hermit Crab
[1] Green Leg Reef Hermit Crab

I would do a little more research... It may be easier to just wait to get the 75. Trust me its a pain to move tanks.
