Probably not your shrimp. But... any "slow-mover" may become lunch... breakfast... dinner etc... My bro's Pearl Jawfish took out his Arrow Crab!
The only slow-movers I have a snails, hermits, and a brittle starfish...and corals, lol.

nice tank! are u having any troubles with your mandarin as im about to get one and would like any tips on them besides what has been written ON EVERY SINGLE WEBSITE!

My Mandarin is doing awesome. Obviously you will need Copepods, which was probably the thing that was written on every site
but, here's what I did before I got mine. I first had my tank up for about 4 months, added a thing of Copepods (the bottles), also made myself a refugium (you do need this). then after the 4 months my tank cracked so I had to buy a new 55 gallon tank. Since the sand and everything was already "live", I really didn't have to do much of a cycle (thank god). Since the crash, I let the tank be for another 1-2 months, then I bought my Mandarin about 4 days ago. I see him "nipping" at the rocks, so I know he must be eating all of the Copepods which I can physically see in my tank, lol. Sorry if that was a lot, but that's what I did. So, I waited around 5-6 months before adding mine, all together. The Mandarin Dragonet is a very nice addition to any reef.

Keep a close eye on the Mandarin and the Gold stripe clown. Gold stripes are VERY agressive and Mandarins are very peaceful and shy and have no defense really.
Tank is looking nice so far!

Thank you. My Clown is a sweetheart though, never really bothers anything. But, my Mandarin is very shy...I don't think my Clown will bother him.
