i agree with itom37 snowflake eels are easy to take care fo and sweet looking but if you can i would go with a Green wolf eel they are also hardy and awsome looking

i was thinking an eel, but i wasnt really sure becuase i want active fish and i have always heard eels alway stay under the rocks until feeding time. and i guess that is kinda the same with the lion, but i really want a lion and an eel not so much, but maybe. i was also thinking maybe a larger clown species, like maroons. maybe a larger wrasse of some kind, any suggestions?

My dwarf lion hid most of the time. They are sensitive to light so they hide in caves and overhangs to stay away from the bright lights. He also hung out on the rocks and barely swam around at all. I would consider getting a centerpiece fish, one that swims around a lot.
I am going to put a pair of clowns in my aggressive tank I think, along with a trigger. Have you looked at the vivid aquarium website? It might give you some good ideas.

dont not get a trigger because they will out grow your tank. If you want an interesting fish get a sea goblin or a scorpian!!!! they are sweet looking and active

yea i kno lions arent that active but i have wanted one for a long time, so im going to get one. and whenever i have seen a scorpion fish they are always just sitting there not doing much. and i have heard that they have to be in species specific becuase they will eat anything you put in with them. ok so at th momnt this is my list that i want to do.
- 1 blue spotted puffer
- 1 fuzzy dwarf lion
- 1 auriga butterfly or a racoon butterfly
- 1 snow flake eel
- 1 morron clown
- maybe some damsels
so how does that sound?

Those puffers won't get much bigger than 4 inches. Great for a smaller aggressive tank (I have one in a 29 gallon... doing great).
I like your stock list. From what I've seen fuzzy dwarfs can be a little difficult, so be sure you do your homework. I'd get rid of the butterfly and get a flame angel, but that's just personal preference.

Hey XD, can you tell me your tank plans? I am thinking of setting up a 55 gallon aggressive tank too. How much are you going to spend, what kind of skimmers, filters, LS, LR, and other stuff your going to get? Also, are you going to have a fuge or a sump or both or none? This is my stock list.
-Maroon Clown fish
-Snowflake Eel
-Eibli Angelfish or Flame Angelfish
-Pearlscale Butterfly fish
-Valentini Puffer
-Red Spotted Hawkfish

sure, i was thinking a normal 55 gallon, with a skimmer (dont know what brand yet) stronger than what needed for a 55. either an emporer or an aquaclear filter for a 55, 60-70 pounds of liverock maybe more depends on how it looks in the tank. dont know how much live sand but i want a 2-3 inch sand bed. im not sure about fuge/sump becuase i dont want to have to deal with the plumming aspect.and im not sure about power heads yet but i mean there isnt much too them besides the amount of flow. and i havent really looked to see how much this is all going to cost yet so cant help you there. you list looks good, and i can tell you now that red spotted hawkfish are awesome i have one in my 29 gallon reef. and eiblis are really cool too, i used to have one but it died. and i dont like the idea of spending 60-70 dollars on a fish when it could die, even though i do really like the flame angel, but maybe a different kind of angel. and has anyone ever owned a red tail wrasse? i was thinking of maybe added on to my list.
