55 gallon waters cloudy and green please help!

I have had a 55 gallon setup for 6 months now and with in the last two weeks it got cloudy and the water turned green.
I thought it was algae bloom so i left the lights off for awhile and it was doing good. then this weekend the cloudiness came back?
i have one perc clown, brittle, two emeralds, coral beauty, 2 cleaner shrimp, 2 peppermint shrimp and a diadema dottyback.
all of my levels are good I do not know what is going on or how to fix this problem
can someone help me!

Hi, welcome tothe site.
You have free algae in the water. The cloudiness is a new bloom. What are you feeding your fish and do you have any macroalgae?
Instead of saying all tests are good, list the exact numbers. We will try and help.
