your beardie, its 2 years old and you said it was about a foot long. i have a 5 month old beardie that is 1 foot long. just wondering if you meant it was 2 foot long?
have you ever looked online? i bought my red female from a breeder. ive seen lots that age that are proven breeders from sites at good prices. with the red i figure about 64 eggs per year $200+ each, we already have buyers lined out from my husbands unit.
Just picked up some stuff
-NEON pink mushroom-8$
-Green Acro-5$
-20colony of AOG zoas-25$
WOOT! got a steal on the Armor of Gods(the guy at the store says he doesnt sell his zoas by names or rareness he just sells em as zoanthids so I got lucky!)
You might already know this, but if the seller of your coral doesn't have as good of light as you do, you may want to put those new frags on the bottom and work their way up. They would be use to the old light and going to a brighter light can shock them a bit. Looks great though!
just glued the rest of my zoas and other corals, and well i've got so much glue on my hands its unreal..theres some where if I pull it off then my fingernail will come of with it..

It's pretty much your preference. Some people only do sump, some only do cannister or HOB, and some do both. You can have as much filtration as you want.
