Put this one together in my dorm room....I know the Cup coral looks bad and shouldn't be in there but my 90g is having some problems so I had to get it out.

Looks good except for the background, or lack there of.
You've never seen Cinder Block coral on the reef? Its very very slow growing and requires very little light...

Looks good!
, It should be very relaxing to watch during finals! good luck, but you are going to hate it when drunks tap on the glass!

I thought it was base rock. Will it get coralline on it?

Oh yeah totally..... And if combined correctly with LR, would probably make a sweet cave network!
(Disclamer: PRK543 does not claim to be an expert on concrete block chemical composition and its reaction to a saltwater environment. Prk543 is not responsible for losses to tanks/livestock/equipment due to experimenting with Concrete block as a base rock. If experimentation is successful, PRK543 will totally take credit for the idea.)
(apology: Prk543 is sorry for hijacking your thread.)
On a serious note, I really think that your tank looks good, and I will probably steal your idea/aquascape when I set up a tank on my desk at work

Sweet little tank, I love little tanks even though they are harder to take care of. Like it much better with the background.
Your rock setup is very nice by the way.
