6 foot lighting question

Just ordered my new 180g, 72x24x24. Its gonna be a reef with mostly lps maybe a few sps and a few anemones. I definitely want MH, probably 3x250w with vho or pc supplements. Dont think i need 400w based on the depth and width.
For those of you with 6 foot tanks, what lighting do you recommend(brand and size)?

I have a 210 with 3 x 250 HQI DE and 260 watts of Power compact and have no problems.I have clams anemones shrooms ect with no problem.I have Icecap ballasts,reef optics 2 lamps,and ushio 10,000 k bulbs which im gonna change to 14,000 when there time is up dont really like the color,and coralife PC bulbs and ballasts.Hope it helps.

We have a 125rr 72x18x20 with shrooms, zoos, polyps, some lps, some sps, a clam. We have a Current fixture its 3x150w mh, 4x96w pc and we have had no problems keeping anything.
