decided to post a pic. it's not the greatest, but a fair representation.

bakpak 2r
2 maxi-jet 600's
ebo-jager 100 watt
coralife 2x96 watt (1 actinic 03, 1 10,000K) aqualight
35 lbs. live sand
40 lbs. live rock
1 small false perc
1 firefish goby
1 scarlet cleaner
astrea snails
cerith snails
nassarius snails
emerald crab
hermits (red and blues)
featherdusters (2)
bta (2) it split, clown won't host
zoo's (3 varieties)
button polyps
gsp
anthelia
red shrooms
green hairy shrooms
purple gorgonian
ricordea (3 types, single polyps)
hammer frag
sinularia
i want to add a pygmy angel, a candy cane frag, a couple more zoo and ricordea frags and let everything grow out. i'ld like to add an orange linckia, as well, but don't want to kill one.
i might swap out my false perc for a small tomato to host, i've had the anemone(s) for about 6 weeks now.
featherdusters (2)

pretty much all anemonies and clowns are hit or miss. most don't need one and most should'nt try.

bta (2) it split, clown won't host..
diddley,
i don't know if this will help but my clown would also not host. but i read somewhere on this board that if you put a picture of a clown hosting facing the tank that the clown would become territorial and host. well i tried this and believe it or not it worked. it took about 3 days and sure enough i woke up one morning and the clown has sleeping in the anenome. hasn't left it's side yet. Try a maroon clown. I've had one host two separate anemones and he took to the most recent one with no coaxing. I originally had a long tentacle that he wouldn't go to for a week or so i did the following. I caught my clown in a net then placed the net with him inside upside down over the anemone and within a 1/2 hour, voila, he never left after that. The problem I had was my 3 stripe damsel wanted in too and beat the crap out of the anemone trying to get the clown out and eventually did something that killed it. I went for about a month debating whether or not I wanted to try another anemone, afraid of similar results. I eventually purchased two haitian condys since they are cheap and placed them across the tank from each other and the clown went into the condy overnight without any help and the damsel now has an anemone of his own. It's strange though cause the damsel doesn't really host it, he just hangs out around it fighting off anything that comes close.

i appreciate it guys.
i've tried the pics, had them up for a couple of weeks, no luck. bta and false percs are not a natural combo. tomatoes and maroons are known to host bta's more readily. i would go with a maroon if i could find a small one.
