I am understanding more and more the sps addiction, My husband has had to say no more for a while, otherwise my kids won't have anything to eat this month! Everytime I see a new one, I have to have it. my LFS has a new sps frag tank and I haven't seen it yet and it is driving me nuts! I have dreams of calcium reactors and closed loops. Let me know when the sps support group starts lol.

what type of lighting do you have on that tank? excellent looking corals!

it is a 55 gal..it was supposed to be a 65 gal by now but my lfs ordered me the worng tank, so i decided to order a 70 gal custom made tank... the lights are 2 175w mh and 1 400w im slowly adjusting to dual 400w so the 400w is on for 1 hr a day for right now..
you can see all the powerheads so it is safe to assume this tank doesnt have a closed loop. i do have a mag 12.5 powering a spraybar however... in total i think i have about 40x turnover rate per hr.. i have a kalk reactor in the sump soon to be upgraded to a ca reactor....
there are a few lps such as a open brain and candycane.. i will be getting some blastowelsi as well... anyway im out for the night, anymore q's just ask and ill get to em tommarow morn
