Just a few damsels,a big cleanup crew and 2 gorgs in there now.
The LR /3" DSB and water are all from my other 45g tank.
I was thinking about a "Cowfish" or Porcupine puffer.
Would either or both of those be OK for this size and shape tank?
I could add more Tonga Rock for added hideouts..
What you guys think?

Large fish don't do well in hex tanks. I'd stick with smaller, rock hugging species that don't need a lot of swimming room.
Grammas, firefish, clowns, a dwarf angel after the tank is well established, smaller gobies, maybe even a small wrasse. It would make for an interesting set-up.
You may have to remove the damsels however, as they will likely be territorial to new arrivals.

do not get a box fish. you will learn to regret getting one if you do. they produce a toxin when they get stressed out and will wipe out nething you have in your tank. as for the porcupine, it will be ok in that tank till it gets too big. but by then you will get attached and will spend money on a tank big enough for him so you can keep him. keep in mind they make a lot of messes in teh tank though like when you feed them they will shred whatever you feed them and pieces will fall and decay and they create a lot of waste.
