i have a 65 gallon tank with 70 lb of live rock 50 lb live sand and a big canister filter and a big power filter, and a berlin H.O skimmer, and a 9w uv sterelizer.
i want to add the folowing:
1) porcupine puffer, or a dog faced
2) volitan lion fish
3) some kind of moray eel
will all of these go together?

I would have to disagree, I think you would have enough room. Sounds like you have plenty of filters and the fish you chose are not fish that need that much room. They are not too large and they don't need the swimming room. Choose wisely on your moray and puffer.

I would say to go with a dwarf lion, a smaller eel (snowflake), and a smaller puffer (like a Valentini).
IMO you might be taxing your bioload too hard in the future with what you would like to add.

Hello,
Honesty is why you came to this forum. So, honesty, you shall receive. You're tank is too small for anything you are asking about, with the exception of a snowflake eel.
A really good response...get the snowflake if you want an eel. But, for a tank less than 100 gal., you mine as well go reef. It's so much cheaper to get lighting and you could really do some awesome looking seascapes at a relatively low cost.
Before you go out and buy a bunch of fish that don't fit in your tank, read up on building a reef. You'll get much more satisfaction and you'll really be much happier with the results.
