First of all... I swear that 75g is 48" long not 36". I swear it.

^ No it does not have individual reflectors. Softies should be fine anywhere, but I would only keep LPS towards the top. No SPS, clams, or anemonies. 4 bulbs really isn't a lot.

i had the nova t5 4x54w for 6 months. u can keep sps if u keep them at top half of tank. but if u want to keep clam and more light demanding sps, try the 8x54 version. the 8x54w is what i am using right now. below is the pic i took when i had nova 4x54w t5 on 1st week of september.
this is of yesterday with nova 8x54w. notice the growth of red cap and xenia and others

i had the nova t5 4x54w for 6 months. u can keep sps if u keep them at top half of tank. but if u want to keep clam and more light demanding sps, try the 8x54 version. the 8x54w is what i am using right now. below is the pic i took when i had nova 4x54w t5 on 1st week of september.
