Okay so this is my first post on this forum, so hi everyone. And now onto my questions. I've been researching a lot and cant really find any 75L tanks, does anyone have them? I have a 70 tall now and i'll be getting this 75L for free with everything for free from my teacher in school. Also what kind of lighting should i run for a reef tank? I cant really decide, considering its only 13 inches tall. Also i would want a lot flow so pump recommendations please. And i think that's it for now.

First of all, Welcome to the forums!!
Before you decide what kind of lighting you will get, you have to decide what animals/corals you want to keep. Different corals require different types and intensities of lighting. First, pick out the corals that you want to keep, then buy the lights that the corals require to survive and thrive. Don't buy any anemones for a long time, until you are experienced with water quality issues, aquarium husbandry and maintenance, and general saltwater aquarium biology.
What are the dimensions of the tank?
What corals do you want to keep, now and in the future?

Since you want SPS corals to thrive, and you have a five foot long shallow tank, it's going to be extremely difficult to even find a light that will fit the length of the tank. You may want to check out some 150w metal halide fixtures that come in 60" lengths. I found one online you may be interested in.
I don't think they make 5foot t5 fixtures or else I would say to look into one of those because your tank is so short.

okay what is the fixture that you found? Also leds could be an option, because i built a fixture for my pico 5 gallon.
and do you know anyone with a 75 long tank?

I've been in the freshwater and saltwater hobby for 15 years and have never heard of a 75g long. In fact, when I owned my pet store, I didn't even have the option of buying a 75g long as a standard tank. Whatever you have may be a custom tank.
Check the big auction site for metal halide fixtures. You could go with LEDs if you want - heck, it's your aquarium!

Yeah, that's what I'm saying Al! Nice frag tank, but I don't know if I would want it for a display tank...

Okay ill check that out, and do you think three 150 metal halides would be good enough?
And i want a longer tank and this one just kinda fell into my hands so i said yes, if i dont like it ill just keep my 70 up and running and upgrade after college.
