could you describe the filtration and maybe some pictures of it? I'm in the process of a 1000 gallon pond so I like to see others setups just to make sure I'm not missing anything. Thanks

Well- while Sharpies - can live in FW. But only for a period of about 7-14 days. The truth is there are several species of sharks that can tolerate FW for up to several days at a time. Including Blacktips, & Bonnetheads.
Blacktips like the sharpies have been found in FW about a couple hundred miles from the open ocean. Bonnets have been found about 50 miles up river.
But Bulls are the true champs - when comes to living in freshwater.Bulls have been known to live in FW rivers for months at a time - may be even a couple of years. And swim more that 1,000 miles up major river systems from the ocean.
But no shark is capable of living in FW for it's entire life.

Sorry for not responding sooner. My computer at home is down right now and work has been crazy. I will try to answer all the questions this weekend.

Looking forward to the pictures. Do you have any future plans to add any Sharks into the tank?
Do you have any thing covering the tank? Has the Zebra Eel shown any interest in possible jumping out without a cover?
