80mm CPU Fans 4 MH's

Could i use 4 80mm CPU Fans for my MH setup?

not an expert, but I wouldnt see why not. hopefully someone else will be albe to confirm, but Im pretty sure youd be fine.

I think a fan is a fan. As long as they put out a good amount of flow....they should work fine. I am shooting for just 2 fans for my MH, but 4 would be plentiful in my mind. Just make sure you have them pulling cool air from outside the canopy.

Just need to convert from AC to DC and you are all set.

I'm getting ready to do a similar setup. Just going to adapt a computer power supply with some longer wires, and put a few fans up in my canopy.

I just built my canopy, only running PFO 13K's 175 watt bulbs 2 of those on a 55 gal i have a 4" fan from RADIO SHACK in each end drawing hot air out none blowing in bulbs are about 8"above water since these lights are new i'm only running them about 2hrs. right now but water temp don't seem to be going up anyone else have any sugestions or does this sound ok the only problem i have is keeping water in my sump it evaporates rather quickly
