what do you all use to spot feed your Anemones? also what types of do has everyone had the best of luck with?

i feed mine frozen mysid?? shrimp i believe. The shrimp that look just like the kind we eat but smaller. It comes in a frozen sheet.

but how do you get it down in their mouth? or do you just let the tenicals catch it.
