Welcome,
perhaps you should tell us what equipment you have and maybe what you would like to see in your tank.
If you have not read any saltwater books yet I would recommend:
The Conscientious Marine Aquarist
The New Marine Aquarium

I suggest you put some fine aragonite sand and live rock in it.

Can you be more specific? What are your goals? Reef tank? Fish only? Aggressive tank?

I'd say some water. Maybe some salt. Fish. :hilarious

On a serious note, I would strongly suggest a good protein skimmer and good lights.
AquaC Remora Pro is a great skimmer if you get it with a MaxiJet 1200 pump.
Look into drilling your tank and adding a sump in the stand. A 20-30 gallon tank under your main tank will make your display tank look awesome. If you can't afford another tank right now, at least think about drilling the tank and capping off the holes for later.
Lights...You will want Metal Halide if you want to house a reef. With a 90G, I would suggest 2x250W 14,000K Metal Halide and 2x110W VHO T5 lights. With this lighting, you can have all kinds of corals, anemones and clams.
