Moved all my inhabitants to a much larger system, now looking to turn my 90g into a reef setup.
I really would like to give LED's a try seeing has how they seem to be cheaper initially as well as long term.

8 x 460 nm blue 1w
Any opinions?
I keep reading that people still prefer HO T5 or MH over LED's, so does that mean there would be limitations to using a LED system?

I currently just have a basic refugium with {filter sock}>{biological (culerpa/chaeto)}>{skimmer to return.}
My skimmer is rated up to 150g as is and working fine but considering purchasing the

Or should I just keep what I have and just purchase one of the 3-4 stage canister filters?
