90 Gallon reef setup

I just purchased a 90 Gal (48" wide) tank. I know that tangs require plenty of swimming room and would like to know if it would be ok
to purchase for this tank..
1 Powder Blue tang
2 Maroon clownfish
1 Flame Angel
1 Goby
Also,
My plan is to go with an HOB skimmer.. I would like to know what would be the best skimmer for this size of a tank for HOB??
I have never ran refigiums before.. I have a 18 gallon sump and would love some input on refigium lighting and how to set up.
(If 48" is not long enough I can go to 60" but would rather stay where I am at..) maybe some alternatives if you have any..
I plan on buying corals, would like to know what is the best for beginners? I have 48" Current USA Outer Orbit 2X150W 10K MH + 2X80W Actinic...

for that size, i would do a deltec mce600. it is very expensive though.
if you have a sump, why not put a skimmer in the sump? youll find a better suited skimmer at less than HALF the price of an HOB skimmer thats meets a 90g demand.
your lighting will be just fine for your tank. beginner corals are softies and lps. sps arent difficult imo but is not a beginner coral.

The powder blue is big swimmer needs at least a 6' long tank. Look into a Kole tang or a Bristletooth. Also your maroon clowns get very large, when they are spawning they will attack your fish if they come near. I have a pair of percula that own half of my 135gal. The only fish that they let near is the tang. One maroon will not do that.

Well, I was planning on hob because the sump does not have the compacity for both the skimmer and refigium... It has 1 18X12, a center chamber big enough for 1 sponge and a return chamber big enough for a pump.. I could go to a sump below, but there would be no room for a refigium

couldn't I go with a Super Reef Octopus LX1000S HOB Skimmer - to 100 gallons? It's only half the cost of a Deltec.

deltec would still be much better.
if you could partition by putting some eggcrate and limiting your fuge size, you could put in a swc120 cone that has a foot print of 6x9
