I am asking for opinions from experianced people.
FOWLR / 90g:
Wet-Dry filter
Skimmer
UV
100lbs of live rock
live sand(4 inches deep)
Fish:
5" Annularis Angel
3" Flame Angel (Angels don't fight together)
5" Blue Tang
2" Picasso Trigger
Eels:
Snowflake Eel
Blue Ribbon Eel
I am aware that Annularis Angel, Trigger, and Blue Tang will most likely out grow the tank in the future. I also know that the Triger could be a problem as it grows, and I am willing to take that risk. I have few other questions:
1. Will I have a problem with my bio load, if I do 30% water changes every month?
2. I would really like to add one last fish in there a small spiny box puffer. Will I have a problem with my bio load then, or should I be ok? I know that it will out grow the tank, however I will either upgrade, or sell it to my LFS in the future.
3. Is the trigger a big threat to Eels, and a puffer?
Thanks in Advance!

Yeah you'll probably have a bioload problem. I'm not usually one to say that's too many fish, but that's too many fish. Too many big fish anyway. With the sizes they get, they'd be bumping into each other constantly in a 4' aquarium. The trigger and the eel would get along fine though.

If you could handle the bioload, I think there would be a major personality problem in that size tank.
