I'm in the process of purchasing and setting up a 90 gallon tank that I would like to keep about a grand total of three fish in. I will be building a 20 gallon sump/refugium and already have the skimmer that I will be using (MRC MR-1).
My idea for the three fish is a P. volitans, a P. antennata and a rabbitfish - either foxface or metallic. I have read other posts stating that a 90 gallon will probably be too small for one lion, let alone two, but aside from the live rock that is all I'm planning for the tank, and my belief is that the skimmer/sump/refugium will be able to handle the bioload.
Thoughts? Comments? Am I really off-base here?
Thank you in advance.
