90 gallon tank

Hey!
I'm going to be getting a new 90 gallon tank. I'm transferring my two baby percula clowns, a mandarin goby, and a foxface from my 20 gallon into it. What else could I get? Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Pretty much whatever you like, but I'd consider not getting anything that would compete with the goby, like smaller wrasses, and also fish too large that will eat the existing perc's.
Sound's like you're keeping smaller, peaceful fish, so stay on that line.
Good luck!!

a school of green or blue chromis, at least 6 or so. they will school up nicely. plus they are open water swimmers and very active.
i would wait until your clowns got bigger in size, but you could add one of the smaller tangs, ie a kole down the road. or a pygmy angel would be a nice add as well. good luck with the new tank!

Possibly a yellow or scopas but they may outgrow your tank. other than that the Kole would be the only Tang that does not require more than a 4 ft tank.

ok... i didnt really love the kole....
btw... in the fish part of this site, where you buy the different fish... it says foxfaces only grow 2 to 3 inches.... ive seen huge ones at lfs.....
does anyone know if this is true?

An answer for your foxface question, Ive not had any trouble with my foxface and other tangs, i lost 1 to ick, and ive got a second one now and the foxface gets along fine with them, in fact ive never seen it aggresive towards anything in the tank. Hope that helps. Todd

i have a pretty large long nosed hawkfish in my 37.... when i set the 90 up... could i movve him in it? i think he'd be easy to catch... he swims right to the top of the tank during feeding time
could he go in with the others?
and any more suggestions????

Be very weary of putting your Longnose Hawk in with them. Longnoses are very agressive toward smaller fish, and can easily eat most any of the fish you listed. Dont be fooled by their mouths, they CAN open very wide.

.....
my longnose is currently in with 2 percs, a sixline wrasse, a masked goby, a pygmy angel, a fariy wrasse, and a few shrimp.. he's never hurt a thing.... but no one messes with a 6" hawkfish with teeth
would it really be a bad idea? could i move him when the baby clowns get bigger? he got along fine with the mandarin i used to have in there....

hey again.... does anyone else have any thoughts about me putting my longnose hawkfish in with the clowns, the mandarin, and the foxface?
he's a really nice fish... i dont think he's ever bugged a fish or shrimp in my tank....
