90g RR tank advice

I just purchased a 90g tank, here is the equipment I plan on using - let me know if this sounds adequate.
lights
2x 140w super actinics
2x 175w metal halides
2x moonlights
Sump
20g refugium/ecosystem
Pump
mag drive 9.5
2-maxi jets for more circulation
Chiller
drop in
100lbs live rock
sand bed
1-2" sugar sized
any suggestions would be appreciated - I have everything so far and tank is about complete except for live rock!

Dont forget a good skimmer and always good to have a heater too.

thanks guys - the chiller actually has a heater built into the system. I was not going to run a skimmer but maybe I should?
