Help!
my Tomini Tang is acting like he's in major distress! he's darting back and forth and twitching his dorsal fin a lot. It looks like he has a cut/scrape on the tail end of his body. I don't know if he scraped it on a rock or if maybe this is a symptom of a disease or something? I tried to take a picture of it but he's moving around so fast its hard to get a good shot.
Parameters:
Temp: 79
Salinity: 1.025
ph: 8.3
ammon: 0
Trites/Trates: 0
Don't know what I should do so if anyone has any ideas PLEASE let me know!
Thanks!
the cut is right where the body meets the tail... like i said its hard to see but hopefully you can make it out

i guess I should note that the tank mates are two ocellaris clowns and a cleaner shrimp... i dont think theres any aggression issues going on.
he has been doing very well until today... he is still eating though so im hoping thats a good sign somehow?

It actually may be aggression, even though you don't detected it. Keep a close eye out on the tank to see if notice aggression taking place. I really couldn't see anything in those pictures.

So the fish has calmed down A LITTLE BIT but is still agitated in some sort... Today i'm noticing some faint white spots on his fins. from what I know about ich (which isnt much) I think he may have it :( I'll try to describe it as best as possible.
His pectoral fins have several white spots on them, his dorsal fin has one or two. They are small, i dont want to say they necessarily look like salt but I guess thats the best way to describe it. he seems uncomfortable and irritated. the clowns aren't bothering him and ive been keeping a close eye on the tank for several weeks and havent seen any signs of aggression. The clowns dont have any spots either, they look very healthy. As I'm writing this I'm starting to really think its ich :( like i said i dont know a lot about ich but after some research and pictures browsing thats the only thing I can think of.
So anyway, WHAT DO I DO?
I have a toadstool, green polyp leather, finger and favia corals in the tank. I also have 4 turbo snails, a cleaner shrimp and a green brittle star
I don't know a lot about medications but I understand coppers are the death of corals? and I hear the other major alternative is a no-no for inverts?
do i need to set up a QT? I've been wanting to but I don't have a lot of money to do anything elaborate.

3 fish 2 inverts
The tang and 2 ocelarris clowns
Cleaner shrimp and a green brittle star
So if I do hypo do I just put the fish in a qt and hypo the qt only? And do I leave the inverts in the display with the corals and leave that at normal levels?
