92 Corner Reef for sale in SE VA

The time has come for us to part company with fishkeeping for good. We have one tank left, a 92 Corner Reef. The tank is very well established with over 100 lbs of live rock, extra sand and is using a 20 gallon sump with cheato that is full of pods. Now for the details.
The tank is an all glass 92 corner with the factory stand and a custom hood. The hood I built about 3 years ago and it holds the (3) 96w PC lights on 3 timers. There are also moonlights built in as well as a ventilation fan. The base holds all the equipment. A 20 gal sump that is partitioned for a skimmer, the cheato and the return pump (supreme). The skimmer is a Euro reef with a year old sedra pump. I have an older phosphate reactor with its own jbj pump that I can throw in. It was leaking up at the o ring and I discontinued its use.
Currently the tank has two yellow tangs(3.5"), 6 line wrasse, flame angel and a percula clown. The tank is becoming overrun with mushrooms and leathers. It has a mixed variety of mushrooms and leathers, some sunshine corals and some others that I cant remember the specifics on. The tank was resealed about two years ago and at that time I think I got just about every bristle worm in there, I haven't seen any in a long time.
We tried selling 6 months ago and couldnt get much interest on this tank. Wife says sell it so I am offering it complete for 800 bucks. The tank alone is well over 300 new and it has over 100 lbs of rock (some very large nice flat pieces) that are easily worth 300 by themselves. The hood is a custom job that I did several years ago, its got (3) 96w bulbs, moonlights and a exhaust fan for the heat. The tank currently has two overflows on it with Durso standpipes to drain into the sump. The skimmer is a euroreef in sump model and its using a supreme pump to move the water up to the tank. There are lots of pods down in the sump along with the cheato.
Since this is the last tank and we are getting out of the hobby, I will toss in all the remaining "stuff" we have for it including chemicals, test kits pump parts, etc. All the stuff you collect over years of running a tank. It gets to be quite a bit after time.
I want to sell this tank complete. I started out trying to sell both of them that way the last time, but after a while I ended up breaking up the fish only tank and actually made more than my initial asking price of the whole setup. But it is a PIA to do it this way and I would much rather it all goes at once. If you don't want the whole setup, buy it and sell off the extras yourself. You will make back a good bit of the cost for yourself if you want to.
The tank is located in Portsmouth VA, near Norfolk. You can send me email to aquino.bob@gmail.com if you are interested.

it would be sold if you could drop off or meet 1/2 way.....
Its already listed at less than what its worth. If I were to disassemble and move it even half way to NY, you would be looking somewhere in the neighborhood of 500 bucks extra for the time and effort. And then if you are not satisfied with it for some reason, I am stuck with a disassembled tank and buckets of live rock sitting in the back of a truck. That's why its local pickup only.

Over in the Churchland section. We had two tanks, but the Wife lost interest and I have enough other things to keep me busy. Let me know if you are interested.
