A few new pics (preview).....

I just got about fifteen new coral pieces a few days ago. After a long acclimation process there are a few pics to be had of the opening newbies. This is a preview of what is to come. I am still waiting for an umbrella leather, encrusting gorgonian, Devils Hand, and many star polyps to open completely to give a full tank shot.

Schweet pics Ryan! I love that Ricordia! Cool Starfish (linkia?) I heard you can frag them! Its sounds sot of mean I guess, but it can be done.

I am pretty sure that is is a Linkia but, I don't know the common name of this type. J21Kickster knows it..........tell me!!
I haven't really ever thought of fragging a starfish. I have started to grow a fifth apendage that some say I don't need..........maybe I will frag it.

I am going to take your advice and lay off the sauce. Last time I layed down on this particular sauce.......it ate through my shirt.
BTW- You think YOU are the only one freaked out about the apendage?.........sheesh!

i was talkin about rye's 5th apendage the starfish thing is pretty cool, i did a science experiment on those in like 8th grade......started out with 1 linkia, and ended up with 5......made me some money too, took them back to LFS for store credit and started my first FW fish tank

Hey Jonthan-
I have four of those Ricordia and I think I am starting to see some new ones popping up near the larger ones. Maybe I can get them to multiply soon. I got them from one of the members on this board........not sure yet if he wants to take claim to my new stuff.
