A Few Questions from a New Aquarist...

Hey guys!
I just had a couple quick questions about saltwater aquariums in general. I'm still in the research period. I'm thinking about getting 20g tank with a few fish, inverts, and a few soft corals later on.
1. How much live rock would I need for a 20g tank?
2. How much do power compact bulbs usually cost?
3. What's the difference between powerheads and air pumps? Do I need both for my aquarium?
4. Can ocellaris clownfish be kept singly and without an anemone?
Thanks a lot!

powerheads are placed directly in the tank and produce water movement and airpumps are used to make airbubbles in you tank. you do not need airpumps when running a swt. pc lights are really not all that exspensive, you will only need a small one for a 20 gal tank. probly around 100 bucks or so. it all depends on what corals you plan on keeping down the road. the more wattage lights the more money they cost. you might want to consider starting with a 30 gal tank. not all that much more money and you will find a 20 is a bit to small. i started with a 20 and i ended up wanting everything so the tank just keeps getting bigger and bigger...:D good luck
