A few questions

Here are tonights readings, they have been in this range for the last week and a half.
Nitrite .05
Ammonia 0
Nitrate 20
ph 8.0
The tank has been setup for a little over three weeks. I have had a brown algae outbreak, and some green algae has also been growing. It appears that the tank is wrapping up its cycle, but I wanted to confirm that here.
Also, my tank is level from left to right, but it is off a little less than 1/8" from back to front on both sides. Is this going to be a problem? I tried to drive a few shims in under the front of the stand, but it didn't really affect anything.

When the nitrites get down to 0 do a 25% or so water change and you should be good to go. I would not worry about 1/8".

I agree with the water change after nitrites hit 0. Just be sure to go slow, and start out with a small cleanup crew and work your way up to a fish. What size tank is it?

It is a 65 gallon tank. I am happy to be reassured about the 1/8" difference. A small salt water shop around the corner of my house said they didn't see a problem with it, but I wanted to double check.

When is a good time to add the clean up crew. I am assuming a good mix of snails and crabs?
I was thinking about adding a total of 30 to 40. I have heard varying opinions on the optimal number of cleaners
