I don't know for certain that SWF will eventually get these species .
Only wishful thinking, on my part - at least until they do so.

Generally speaking the Horns tend to range from 80-200 bucks each, from online dealers. But these prices may not include shipping.
Usually in LFS they may range from 120-180 each (at least on the East Coast of the U.S.). they're likely cheaper in California.

i heard i can go scuba diving out at catalina and catch these things realy easy but i have never gone out and tried it

well that wasnt venom, tho i am watching the big sting on animal planet, apparentally the venom produces a bacteria that deteriorates tissue

you can but what charter boat will let you take one back? Unless you have a boat in San Pedro it is most likley not gona fly. You could drive down to La jolla and try it but not as many off the rocks there. buy one from LFS is time money and energy saved. But not as fun!!!
