symon Member May 27, 2006 #6 I have 3 maxi jet 1200's in my 60 , 1 at each end 1 towards the front, 1 down the back and 1 in the center also facing front! They are set up on a wave timer! Yes you should get some sponge filters for them, I have had things get sucked into them !
