I have a 30g. In it I have
1 brittle star
1 lawnmower blenny
1pj cardnell
1 maroon clown
2 green cromis
2 yellow tail damsels
1 yellow tang
And of course snails crabs
Looking to add a flame yes.....no.

NO, You are already way overstocked, and a 30G is not sufficient for a Yellow tang.
SO...IMO the yellow tang should be rehomed.....The lawnmower blennie will probably starve to death, so you might want to consider getting rid of it too
a maroon clown is very aggressive...especially in smaller tanks.....so the PJ Cardinal, and 2 chromis should be okay
MAYBE...if you are on top of your tank you could keep the 2 YT damsels....BUT I don't know that I would (maybe 1)

I agree you are way overstocked for a 30g as it is. you should get rid of the tang and the blenny IMO. the tang just doesn't have the swimming room it needs in a 30g.
adding more fish at this point could easily tip you over the edge and cause a crash or massive die off.

It's a 30 long and and the tang is really small don't plan on keeping him till he is huge he is just a show case fish for now,I actually thought when I stared this tank from scratch that I would have a lot more die but I haven't lost any thing since I set it up I keep seaweed in there most most of the time and feed rods food...... The maroon bullied his nem to death but that is the only thing to die so far and the maroon don't bother any one now he is hosting in an empty clam shell....... And the blennie loves the rods food
