I have a 50 gallon glass tank, with about 55 lbs of live rock, & 45lbs of live sand. Making the system run, I have a fluval 404 with surface skimmer, a prism protein skimmer (non pro version), 2 powersweep powerheads, 2 heaters, and 220watts of power compact lighting. As far a inhabitants, 1 cinnamin clown (3inch), 1 clarki clown (2 1/2"), 1 small flower pot anenome (2"), 2 serpent stars 1 large 1 small, 2 cucumbers, 1 coral banded shrimp (2") about 25 small hermits, and a few snails. I am really interested in learning to breed clowns. Is there any other equipment I should have, or maybe something that I allready have that I shouldn't. I don't think it would be possible to breed the two clowns that I have.....right? They should have to be of the same species. This tank has been up for over a year. What would be your recommendations? Is it actually necessary to get the blue moon lights? I have 6 other tanks that I have not set up yet that have been in my storage shed. I just don't have the room to set them all up at this time. I am going to be moving to WV in march.... Hopefully then I can set up my fish room....
