? about FOWLR

This may be a dumb question, but if you have a FO tank, how do you control algae? If it wasn't for my crabs and snails I don't know what I'd do.

No question is a dumb question. Actually, with the Fish Only With Live Rock (FOWLR) that also includes invertebrates. What it does not include are corals.

Oh o.k. What about an aggressive FO tank, you can't keep inverts in that kind of environment. So how do you keep the algae under control in that situation?

You gotta do it yourself. Depending on the Agressiveness in a FOWLR tank will tell you what inverts you can have. Most FOWLR fish eat inverts. Like Triggers,Lionfish,Pufferfish,Angels...Ext
