Personaly I have only placed one order with swf.com, it was for a cleaner crew peppermint shrimp and a percula clown, the only thing I had die was two out of four scarlet hermits, I got extra bluelegs and snails so I didnt' really care, I am not sure who you reply to, all in all I was satisfied with my order though!:yes:

I have ordered several packages from our host and I've never had a problem with either the quality or the service....the 6 day guarentee and free shipping is not a common combination. I don't believe I've seen any other on-line vendor offer the same combination.

That makes it worth it too.
One negative I can mention.
If you have a death to use the guarantee you need to re-order the same fish. You can't change your mind and try something else. At least this is the way it was for me.
Still it is all good.

I just ordered again this week. The fish arrived in 20 degree weather. I didn't have a single loss. As long as you have someone to sign for it I see little risk. The package is very well insulated and the heat packs last for several hours after the 3:30 pm that they are guaranteed for.

well the $75 minimum order is very nice considering you'd pay about $30 for shipping on most other sites... i have ordered inverts several times from swf.com and i have never had a loss... i even got a giftie one time! they sent me some free cerith snails. i was happy. i always recommend the site to my saltwater friends.
