Achilles Tang newest addition

i will update with pictures but ever sence he was put into my tank hes been hiding out in the rocks,,,but here are some pictures of him acclimating

Any problems with your Achilles Tang. i had mine in the tank for only 2 weeks then he died now I am scared to get another one, They are beautiful fish

I've had mine for almost 9 yrs, pristine water quality and lots of flow and they'll eat you out of house and home. best of luck with your new addition.
he's such a fast swimmers it's hard to get a good clear pic, he's about 7" now, was only 2" when i got him.

very nice looking fish and tank
A fellow reefer near me has one and he just loves to swim in the flow. it insane how much flow this guy has he says the achilles tangs come from very turbulent parts of the reef and love flow.

yep i have also read that u need a pretty strong flow to keep them its pretty amazing how theyll jus sit there and swim in a current that u think would pin them to the other side of the tank lol!!
