How do you like your star so far? I'm thinking about getting an orange linckia for my tank, too. I know you haven't had it for a long time, but how hardy would you say it is? How often and what do you feed it? Do you think it would be happy in a 46 with an urchin?

I love my star....I don't feed it...It is feeding off the tank. I have it in the 225g, and that tank is 1 year old.
I do not know if a 46g would be able to support this kind of star though...You may want to ask someone.

Thanks. If there's any doubt I generally don't buy it so I'm going to just cross starfish off my list. The last thing I need is a star that will just die in my tank.
