Acrylic Cement?

I am making an acrylic sump and I need to know what kind of acrylic cement to use.

Weld-On 16.

I know there is a think type and a thin type, which one is Weld-on 16? Which one is the other?

I would get 4 and 16, fill in what you miss with the thin and some shavings.

thanks, do you know of anywhere I can pick some up? Maybe online, because I have gone to Lowe's and Home Depot and I cannot find any there.
