Weldon #4, or 16 or even #3.
IPS as well as Craftics also makes a comparaable solvent if weldon is not available in the area.....#3 and #4 are a water thin liquid that is normally wicked into place, #16 is a gel or thick bodied paste in a tube similar to a a tube of Model cement. The liquids give a bubble free clear joint if done right.
