Shawn,
I've been waiting a long time for this stuff and I know you've been intrested too. Here's a few pictures of my new Geo 8"x 28" recirc skimmer using the Aqua MedicOcean Runner 3500 pump. I also had him send me one of his new kalk reactors. Its a lot easier to use then my old MCR kalk reactor.

Nice skimmer golfish!
I like how George built the removable flange at the bottom of the skimmer. Is that something new that he does or did you request that?

I didn't ask for the removable bottom but it will be nice.

RobChuck,
The other new feature is the tapered transition between the skimmer body and union. If you look at the 828 skimmer on his web site you'll see the old style has a flat transition.

I missed the tapered neck in the photo. It looks like George has a well-refined skimmer design now.
Can't wait to see some pics of that skimmer in action!

Hey Mark......caught a glimpse of the puppy on the other site and I have to say it's sweeeet!!!!!!! Did you get it plumbed up yet??? Haven't had much time for anything lately.....A good friend just bought a house and needless to say he's doing 90 days for DUI and I was left holding the bag doing a complete remodel in his house new windows, taking out a complete wall installing french doors, dry walling a 25x20 new bedroom and electrical work on top of it so not much time for my setup in progress.....Will be getting back into the room here shortly and will be calling on you here soon!!!!!!!!! Let me know how the new skimmer is running I'm going to look at these a little harder....I'm shying somewhat from a beckett just to much tinkering IMO, but love the power they have though

I got to tell ya. I saw Erics (Fragfamer) MRC beckets head yesterday when I was over there checking his PO4's for him (New Hannah PO4 Colorimeter).. That's one hec of a skimmer, But now that I see what this Geo's doing after just one week and I'm still running the Euro Reef along with this new Geo....all I can say is WOOOOWWWWWyyy

I sent an email to him Mark and haven't heard anything, but will be patient till I talk to him....The MRC isn't out the pic as of yet, but weighing my options at this point
