Actinic 03...purple?

I just got my lights in from Hello Lights. I got their "true actinic 03", oh, it's a 21" 65 watt bulb. Well, I've always used the actinics, ranging from JBJ to Coralife. These ones seem more purple to me. Actually, they are more purple. Looks cool because the coraline stands out and the greens and orange in the corals look brighter. Is this better than the bluer bulbs? They say they use the same phosphors as the better "super actinics"

true actinic 03 looks purple to the eye. if it looks blue its not the real thing. true actinic is suppose to be best for pigmentation growth and fluorescing (without making everything blue, just the pigments that really do fluoresce).

Cool. I'll take some pics this weekend. It does bring out the flourescents.
