Actinic Bulb Question

This may be a dumb question, but are both sides of an actinic bulb supposed to be the same brightness? I noticed mine aren't, and I was wondering if something might potentially be wrong with it.

i'm not totaly for sure but i think that looks correct to me. would that be a 50/50 light blue/10k it does look like the lights i just ordered. haven't got them yet.

yes. its a 50/50 PC. the blue one is a pure actinic and the whiter looking one is probably a 10000K.

OK. The other bulb that's not lit up (to the right) is the daylight bulb. That's why I thought the actinic should have looked the same on both sides.
