As trainfever said, there is no way more fish can be added with those terribly high nitrate readings - especially a large meat eater like the 3 you suggested. It is not even a consideration.
Having the ammonia and nitrite readings perfect is a necessary thing to keep a healthy tank. Anyone with a mature tank of live rock and sand should have this. Nitrates are the issue you need to watch, and judging by them, your tank is telling you that it is overstocked.

allright then -
but , what about , if , after trates get down to 25 or less ? - any chance of adding 1 of them ?

Keep doing the water changes until your nitrates are down to zero. Then take some of your fish out of the tank. You have too many in there now for just a 90 gallon tank. It is recomended that you have 5 gallons of water for every inch of fish. Averaging your fish at 3" each, that would give you 33" of fish. Multiply that by 5 gallons per inch. your fish should be in a tank that holds 165 gallons. And that is averaging your fish at 3" each. It is possible that they are even larger.

Though I do not agree with the inch per gallon rule because it does not take into account how much waste the fish produces and how big the fish really gets (50 one inch neon gobies vs. 2 24 inch panther groupers), I do agree, your tank is a tad overstocked as it is. I would definitely not thinking about adding other things. My main concern would be getting the water cleaned up so that you can keep what you currently have.

the fish i have now come to a total of 40" - granted the tank is only 13 months old , so all fish WILL grow - i kinda knew i was maxxed out anyway - ok forget it - i'll just have to wait until i can pull off a new 90g or a 180g and get whatever i want then - thx guys

The inch per gallon rule is suppose to be a rough guide (and is in the ballpark 99% of the time) and was never intended to be seen as the word of god or written in stone.

jon - i was pretty using 2" gallons per fish inch as my rule - i have 40 now - i max out at 45 in my 90G - allowing room for all to grow i am all done - just wanted to try a squeeze 1 more , if i could-
reefer545 - i agree sfe is a bad idea - get large , sloppy eaters , may eat my smallest ,etc
if anthing , i think my best bet is a fuzzy dwarf lion -
good alex - for me microbubbles from the skimmer are there but not too much of a problem - i've wanted to upgrade my skimmer to a corallife , but i hesitate because of the known microbubbles issues for that skimmer , as well -

Way over stocked! Your best bet is to halve the number of fish you have. I would get another 90g or (like you said) 180g for those fish. Sorry I might be completely wrong but looking at that stock list just screams over stock. Oh also the racoon and yellow tang arn't going to stay small.

Holy cow, 11 fish in a 90 gallon?
Waaay too many!
Don't get us wrong, though. We definately understand about wanting more and more fish!

Even small.
Think of it this way.
You have a lot of dogs in your house.
11 dogs.
Small and big.
If each doggie makes one poopie per day, on your carpet, it doesn't matter whether they are big or small doggies, it's still poopie. After a while, you won't be able to keep up with all of the poopies.
Get it?

Of course, in real life, you wouldn't have to worry about cleaning up doggie poo, because they eat one another's.

good points - but i have to admit - concerning my trates - i NEVER did water changes - only top-offs - just started water changes 3 weeks ago - in fact i did another 30% last night - tested 30 minutes ago -my trates are no more than 50 ppm now -
