I have two nano tank. One of them is fish only tank, it sets up for more than one year; the other is reef tank it is more than half year. Now, I want to move some live rocks from the fish only tank to reef tank. I don't know I can put these live rocks directly input the reef tank or not.
Thanks.

Well everything would be cured so unless you treat your fish only tank with any medications (especially copper) you can swap the rock between the two tanks.

If I want to break the live rock into small pieces, is it still safe? Or need to be cured?

depends on how long and if you are going to have it out of saltwater when you brake it

Honestly, I don't think 2-3 minutes of taking a hammer to it to break it up is going to cause any harm to the rock or your tank. I've had rock out of the water for as much as 10 minutes and had no issues. If you're going to break it up, try to break it up in a bag with a little water in it, or in a bucket with water, this will cut down on how much die off there will be.

If you pull it out and break it up, then you will be fine. If you have the rock out for hours, then there may be some die off.

switching rocks between tank is fine. also, breaking rocks outside of the tank for a few minutes wont cause a problem, as far as dieoff goes.

well there is actually a theoretically possible problem with switching rocks from one tank to another. If one believes that the ick parasite can survive in a tank with out manifesting itself as a full blown infestation. Then it is possible to transfer the ick in its encystment or even its free swimming stage from one tank to another
