Adding a sump/fuge??

Hi there,
Not if they are "dead rock and dead sand", If it is "live rock" you have to cure it before it is placed in your tank. Cure it only if it sits along time (my opinion is more than one day) out of water, otherwise it will be ok.

Ok the sand will be dead and the LR will be cured i think

.Im buying it from a lfs and they have two 75gal lr tanks what do ya think??

If you keep the rock in water I do not think you will see any spikes.
