I have had good experience getting things online. It all depends on where you order from. Usually everything arrives in excellent condition as most online places take care of their fish very well.

Where are good places to order fish from

I bought something like that online (except 24", but with 2x65w daylight/actinic) for about $125, which was about $50 less than I found it for at every other website. Send me an email and I'll tell you where.

You've got mail with a link to a nice Current-USA unit for $135. Dual daylight/dual actinic tubes plus lunar lights with fan, etc. I bought the 24" inch version for my 28 gallon bow-front, and I like it very much. I might suggest holding out for something with a litlte more oomph if you can afford it (e.g. Current-USA makes a similar unit that slaps a 150w metal halide unit in between the power compact tubes...but it's pushing 3x the price). But this is a really nice unit and, if the posts above are correct, should be enough for an anemone.
Full disclosure: I consider my light a bit weak for an anemone...but I'm open to persuasion!

Check the popular auction site.
Item number: 7738413146
I think that light would be right up your alley, and it's only a little over $100

Do you all really think that a 2x65w will work for an anemone? I've got a few months to go before I'd even consider an anemone for my 28 gallon tank, but I've also tended to think my 24" 2x65w daylight/actinic fixture is a bit weak for such an animal. I'd love it if someone could convince me otherwise!

I would have to think that 2 65 watt bulbs, producing a 130 watts would be okay for anemone in a 16" tall tank, especially the bubble tip. That is 4.3 watts per gallon, plus it is not a deep tank at all. If it was a deep tank, I could see it being neccessary for a better light, but I don't see that light being a problem with that size tank.
However, if you really wanted to play it safe, I would never shy someone away from getting a larger light fixture, like the 36" 192 watt light fixture. That would be 6.4 watts per gallon.
If purplefire goes to the site I sent him, it is only $17 extra for the bigger light fixture.

Purple I noticed that you are in GA. I have a 2 month old 30" Orbit 130 watt power compact fixture for sale. Let me know if you are interested.

Just wanted to add my experience on anemone stings... I've never had a problem handling them bare handed but there was one time that I wasn't thinking, rubbed my face without washing my hands first, and my face did burn a tiny bit. Apparently I'm not overly sensitive to them but some are so you're better off safe than sorry. Some people are very sensitive to them and some anemones have a worse sting than others.
If you do get stung I've heard the trick about using hot water but I've also heard that a quick rinse with vinegar does the trick better! Just remember to wash your hands after you handle one even if you do use gloves!
