adding clownfish and a host (hopefully)

Im Looking into getting a pair of Ocellaris (maybe percula) Clownfish. I Have a 29 gallon tank. I do not want to get a anemone because i dont want to kill one. Im pretty new to the hobby but my tank is done cureing. so im ready to add livestock.
my question is what are some corals that clownfish might hang out around. I know Xenia is a option but im wondering if there are any others that could become their buddy.
I understand that clownfish dont need a host in order to live but i find the symbiotic relationship very interesting. I have 130 watts of power compact lighting, im looking into more but apperently i have enought for most soft corals.
I just wanna know what all my options are and maybe have a few back up plans if the clowns dont like whatever i choose to try first. Any ideas would be much appreciated! thanks!

From what i have seen clowns will host whatever they feel like hosting. Ive seen pics of them in hair algae and in different corals. My clowns wont go near the bta I bought for them and since i have put xenia in the tank they have not gone near that either. they sleep on a piece of live rock.

hosting is just one of those things that cant be predicted. thats why its so cool when it happens. it would be kinda like you being forced into a specific house. the clowns will have to pick too.

cool, thanks. i would like a coral that looks anemone-like. I think a coral with tenticles would be pretty sweet. Maybe a Torch coral or something. know of any "tenticle corals" that would live under 130 watts?
Sounds like i should just add things till they find one they like. Also, since i havnt purchased the fish yet, are their any characteristics i could watch for in order for the clowns to have a better chance of living in a coral host? of corse seeing them already living in one would be a good indecator but my local fish shop has a big tank of "Nemos" and theres no live rock in there or corals for them. Just some decarative stalks of plastic stuff. Should i look for a clownfish that swims around alot? should i look for a percula or a ocellaris in particular? thank for the info!
