adding corals?

OK so i just got 192 watt pc lighting on my 30 gallon long tank. What corals can i add with this. I know the 4 WPG rule but i dont really understand it all because its a diffrent intensity so could someone please help. This will be first time with corals so i would like to start out easy.

i have the same wattage on my 46 gallon and i have
leathers
LPS corals
mushrooms
Zo's

yes you can keep a frogspawn.....frogspanw is LPS
