I have had the tank set up now for 48 hrs. I am planning to add my live rock tomorrow. My PH levels are like 7-8 the light green is right in the middle of the color spectrum and my salt levels are 1.005. Im using a Refractomerter so I added a bit more salt. With another 24 hrs do you think its ok to add the rock.
Thanks

Yeah,
raise your salinity to 1.026, add the LR, a heater, PH and let it cycle.

Salinity should be between 1.024 and 1.026, otherwise you're ready for LR.

Sorry its a 47 gal bowfront, 2 powerheads, a return type filter with the bag in my secondary tank. That tank is about 15 gal. That tank has a 3 chamber system to control bubbles. My proteine skimmer is a euro-reef type I do not have it turned on yet. I have a t-5 lighting system. Im sorry if this is vague all this stuff was given to me. About 50 lbs of live rock not in yet till I get the salt levels right. I hope that helps...

yeah get your salt level up then add the LR to the tank I would also increase the temp to between 78-80. that will also effect the salinity levels.
I wouldnt really worry about the PH levels yet until the cycle is done things will be changing during the first month or so till it starts to settle down in the tank.
