IS IT OK TO JUST ADD LS AND LR IN MY ALREADY ESTABLISHED FOWLR & SAND AGGRESSIVE TANK?
IS IT GONNA BE RISKY TO GET LR FROM LFS AND JUST THROW IT THE TANK?

You can cure the new LR in a bucket until the die off stops. That way your tank does not get polluted. If the LR is cured from the store then just drop it in the tank.

I just added 2 rocks (12lbs) from my LFS's tanks and thats the best way to go. Full of coralline and critters and only $5.00 a lb on sale. These are by far my best 2 rocks. I cant wait til the next sale.

The stuff I bought was in the same tanks that they keep fish, corals and inverts in. It was completely covered in coraline and you could tell this was good stuff and a bargain even at the regular $6.50/lb. The best way to get good rock is to pick your own pcs. and I think that is worth some extra money.

:notsure: :notsure: I don't think I get your question but I'll give you an answer. I conclude that since this rock was in their "display/fish for sale" tanks it is "fully cured", not to mention how it looked. I have ordered on the net and I have 7 LFS's in my city that I frequent so I feel that I have a pretty good idea how to tell "well cured rock" from "POSSIBLY uncured rock".
To answer the question about how to know how long it has been in the LFS, I don't think it is an issue, you want to know if it is cured or NOT, not how long someone has had it.
